Pristine Machine’s Gold Detail is our finest detail. It is designed to correct major paint defects and maxmise the visual appeal of the bodywork. It is recommended for poorly maintained vehicle's of all ages that have aquired heavy swirl marks and light scratches over time. It builds upon the procedure outlined in our Silver detail by adding a multi-stage machine polishing process which removes a small percentage of the uppermost layer of paint on the vehicle and reveals a fresh layer of unblemished paint beneath. We can usually guarantee correction of up to 95% of paint defects present, although total paint thickness and defect severity are sometimes limiting factors. By restoring the condition of the bodywork to near perfect condition, the cost of this detail is largely offset by the positive effect on the residual value of the vehicle.

Paintwork is inspected before and during the process with a paint depth guage, to ensure there is sufficient paint or clearcoat to safely rectify any imperfections. These measurements can also tell is the vehicle has had any paint repairs in the past. Paint corrections can also eliminate the need for an expensive respray and often restores the paintwork that is above the factory finish of the vehicle. After the paint correction process, clarity will be restored and light will be perfectly reflected which will greatly enhance the colour of the vehicle and leave a breath-taking finish.

• Rinsed and treated with citrus degreaser to remove any loose contaminants

• Wheels cleaned using safe wheel gel inside and out

• Wheel arches cleaned with citrus degreaser

• Door shuts cleaned by hand

• Car washed using PH balanced snow foam

• Tar removed from paint work

• Paint work clayed to remove bonded contaminants

• Washed again using PH balanced snow foam

• Hand dried using safe micro fibre drying towels

• Paint depth measurements taken to understand any limitations with the pending correction

• Paint work corrected using various polishes and techniques

Extra protection can be added by the application of a hardened Quartz paintwork coating which provides long-lasting and highly effective protection against agressive environmental influences.

At the same time, the paint's colour is restored intensively. produces an extremely hard, glossy surface on the paint, yeilding long-lasting protection of up to 12 months.

It also offers outstanding hydrophobic properties making every wash a breeze.
